- Location: Warrenville, IL - Endeavor Health Corporate Center
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- Travel: May involve travel to offsite locations for training purposes.
What you will need:
- Minimum of three years' previous supervisory experience in Patient Access required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field. MBA, a plus.
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years call center experience
- Minimum of two years experience performing insurance verification
- Competent in MS office, Cisco, Visio, Webex messaging
- Strong preference for Rehab scheduling experience (>3 years preferred)
- A relatively high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- A relatively high level of analytical ability
