The Role
Our Retail, Consumer Goods Consulting Practice is looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. At the Senior Manager Level, this means overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world. In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.

Responsibilities
1. Seasoned consultant with 10 years of experience in Retail, Travel and Consumer Goods consulting industry
2. Extensive hands-on experience in leading large scale Warehouse Management Systems implementations
3. At least 2 end to end implementation experience in Manhattan Active WM deployments.
4. Hands on Manhattan Active WMS design and configuration experience
5. Experience in defining and designing WMS processes
6. Understanding of WMS software packages like Manhattan, JDA, SAP etc.
7. Experience in online Retail processes like online customer experience, inventory management, order processing, supply chain etc. is preferred
8. Experience in leading strategy discussions, helping clients with their WMS strategy
9. Experience in Agile execution and methodologies
10. Should have excellent communications skills and be able to communicate to executive level stakeholders
11. Has ownership for key projects' timelines, deliverables, budget and metrics

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
