About the Role
We are seeking a stellar Manager, Client Success and Implementation to join our Growth team.
The Manager will play a critical role in enabling TailorCare's growth, serving as an important point-of-contact for our payer and network provider partners. You will ensure the successful implementation, launch, and ongoing management of new partnerships by working across teams internally to deliver our clients what they need.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage key relationships with payer and network provider partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Project manage the implementation of new partnerships, liaising with cross-functional teams including Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Data and Analytics, and Finance
  • Convert partners into TailorCare advocates, leveraging successes for references, case studies, and other promotional materials
  • Handle client issues and escalations, coordinating with various internal teams for resolutions
  • Provide strategic analysis demonstrating TailorCare's impact and value for clients
  • Oversee communications, including business reviews and external client meetings, aligning with mutually agreed-upon goals
  • Contribute insights from client interactions to enhance product development and marketing efforts
  • Assist in fostering successful relationships between local market leadership and multi-market clients
  • Maintain a CRM database of payers and network partners

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare payer, provider, or related spaces
  • Previous roles in account management, management consulting, or other client services working with payer, provider, value-based care, or digital health settings
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately less than 25%) for key client meetings and occasional in-person internal meetings
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary to achieve business goals
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred
  • US work authorization

Skills
  • Client service orientation with ability to develop and grow relationships with senior clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at leading discussions and influencing stakeholders across healthcare organizations
  • Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple projects across various subject areas while ensuring milestones are met
  • Leadership qualities with effective problem-solving abilities, capable of leading a growing team if needed
  • Mission-driven, collaborative, and "get things done" mentality
