About PCG Education’s Threat Assessment Practice
PCG Education’s Practice’s Behavior Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM) Solution and team provides a case management tool and consultative, and training services to states and districts. Our web-based threat assessment solution, based on our EDPlan case management platform, supports the threat decision making process for school-based threat assessment teams. Our industry leading solution now supports four threat domains including threats of violence to self, to others, Title IX inappropriate sexual behavior, and fire misconduct. In addition, we provide online asynchronous training, as well as in-person training on fundamentals and our solution.
Project engagements today span 18 states and have included the development of a system architected to address the systemic issues with threat management in Broward County Public Schools post-Parkland; the original creation of a suicide risk assessment module for Hillsborough and Broward schools; the development of online training resources with industry experts. Today, we lead the market, support the three major behavioral threat assessment models along with hybrids, and protect the well-being of millions of students. We most recently were awarded a statewide contact in Oklahoma.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop presentations for clients and stakeholders.
· Evaluate client needs, plan and execute on delivery and implementation plans, and assists
with testing and troubleshooting final system setups.
· Assist clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.
· Take customer requests and collaborate with Operations Specialists, Product Lead, and
other team members to built requirements and deliver upon requests.
· Learn web-based technologies and lead clients through implementation and training
processes.
· Collaborate with training team members to schedule and deliver client trainings.
· Assist end-users with support inquiries utilizing multiple platforms.
· Use internal resources in order to handle client escalations.
· Be the “face” of PCG by being the main point of contact between clients and the BTA/SRA
Team.
· Work within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
· Two (2)+ years of similar work experience preferred.
· A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience.
· Experience in human services, suicide risk assessment, or behavioral threat assessment is
preferred.
