Manager, Business Intelligence & Crm, Partnerships

Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation, and investment.

DBH is seeking a motivated Manager, Business Intelligence & CRM, Partnerships, to support a wide range of CRM and Business Intelligence functions. The manager will work with the Partnership Sales and Service departments to organize data sets, build reports, and curate functional insights for the Diamond Baseball Holdings portfolio. Areas of focus include CRM management, data visualization & reporting, rate card analysis, and related data processes. The manager will support revenue-generation priorities and data warehouse management initiatives. This role reports to the Director, Business Intelligence & CRM Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM & KORE Software Sponsorship Module for new and existing teams in the DBH portfolio.
• Assist in the day-to-day management, training and adoption of the CRM software for the Partnership Sales departments
• Analyze local, DBH Owned & Operated, and National Deal Sheets to provide benchmarking across clubs.
• Analyze local, DBH Owned & Operated, and National Rate Cards to provide rate card analysis and guidance on nomenclature
• Provide CRM administration support by working with partnership leadership at DBH teams.
• Design and manage custom reports in CRM or Data Visualization tool for DBH Corporate or individual club needs
• Work to explain and enforce compliance of DBH360 SOP’s with field team’s, in addition to other usage expectations
• Provide Industry/Category analysis and guidance across DBH Owned & Operated clubs.
• Reporting audits to verify compliance and accuracy of data being input to CRM
• Champion the benefits of CRM utilization throughout the organization. Proactively research and develop creative solutions for CRM issues or adoption obstacles
• Design optimized SQL scripts to be used in Data Visualization Tools
• Guide strategy across DBH Partnerships through in-depth analysis of business problems and opportunities
• Help to ensure compliance across all partnership sales teams

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in professional work experience in CRM, partnership analytics, or sports Business Intelligence-related positions.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or KORE Software.
• Comfort with the concepts of SQL, database design, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and/or other BI / data visualization platforms.
• Strong communication skills with variety of cross-functional stakeholders.

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
