Located in the foothills of the Ozarks, in the middle of Oklahoma’s “Green Country” we offer a professional challenge in a wonderful natural environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Monitor processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Oversee maintenance of employee records and data entry to ensure accuracy in the HR Information system.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Monitor employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Monitor the administration of Benefits programs and provide input on improvements to those programs.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Must have five years’ experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Must possess a strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to build strong relationships with people in all levels of the organization.
