What you will be doing:
- Establish differentiated brand strategies to grow PLF market share for AMC Theatres, representing significant annual gross revenue and one of the highest company priorities. Represent Dolby Cinema, IMAX, PRIME at AMC, Laser at AMC and other brand relevant brand experiences as the subject matter expert and brand champion
- Own trusted relationships with long-term partners, contracts, and business reviews
- Drive increased revenue attributed to premium format screens through evergreen, seasonal, and title-driven campaigns in partnership with Facilities Sight & Sound and Programming Promotions
- Distill complex business and marketing challenges to unlock new opportunities for PLF growth, including strategic guidance with external partners, ongoing research and consumer data analysis, key learnings from test & learn trials, and analysis of sales funnel and customer journey
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROIs and KPIs
- Develop actionable insights and act quickly to implement optimizations
- Own budget management including inputs for annual planning and ongoing campaign activations
- Reconcile monthly and quarterly spend and model financial outcomes and risk associated with all spend
What we need from you:
- 2+ years professional experience
- Strategic planning, promotional and program management skills
- Experience in motion picture exhibition or related industry, or comparable B2C, retail-oriented industries with high velocity and scale, such as hospitality/travel, entertainment, retail
- Knowledge in building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in successfully launching new products, programs or services in the B2C context with a focus on driving customer trial and repeat visit
- Understanding of marketing principles including branding and promotion
- Advanced written and oral communications skills, with practical experience
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet or beat deadlines to complete projects on time and within budget
What we also value (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 4+ years of Brand Marketing, preferably in B2C environments
- Knowledge of consumer insights and testing methodology
- Proven record of executing strategic marketing initiatives
- Ability to translate a marketing strategy into actionable consumer behaviors across multiple DMAs
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to manage projects through all aspects of evolution, providing timely guidance, response, and action
- Experience working closely with technical and analytics teams
- Great at tracking KPIs across multiple ‘products’ and understanding how to interpret data and devise an action plan
