```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Experience with welding and fabricating is a plus
- Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is preferred
- Ability to program and operate Mazatrol controls is a bonus
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, bore gauges, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
