Branded Content Producer

POSITION SUMMARY

As part of the Marketing department, the Branded Content Producer is a member of the physical production team. The Producer is a strong storyteller, communicator, collaborator, and creative problem solver. This role works to develop and execute high-quality content with a variety of deliverables, from short-form paid video ads and organic social media videos, to flat-lay and lifestyle photography for cross-platform marketing. In addition, the Producer balances their time between leading projects autonomously and supporting the Supervising Producer as needed. This position works collaboratively with both the Nordic team creatives and independent contractors, overseeing and executing multiple projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is skilled in high-quality short-form branded video creation, as well as still photography. Our goal is to produce sophisticated video and still content that helps educate and inspire our audience to live their optimally healthy lifestyle.

• Must be able to work in the studio in Burbank for shoots

Essential Function Statement(s)

• Ideate, pitch, develop, produce, edit and deliver both high-quality branded videos and still photography for a variety of platforms and channels

• Efficiently and skillfully lead multiple projects from start to finish, including executing creative individually, as well as collaborating with production coordinator, copywriters, graphic designers, and independent contractors as needed

• Execute based on brand content requests and marketing needs

• Thoroughly communicate and pitch creative ideas

• Comfortable working both independently, as well as part of a team and taking direction

• Assist Supervising Producer as needed

• Source, contract, and manage freelance production crew as needed within budget and in collaboration with production coordinator

• Maintain brand values, quality, compliance and safety across platforms

• Work efficiently and successfully both remotely and in studio or on location

Position Qualifications

• Ability to produce and edit on-brand, engaging content while managing production budgets and timelines

• Proven skill in the creative and logistical content production process, from concept through post-production

Pay, Benefits & Perks:

The estimated annual pay for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. This pay is an estimate and the exact compensation may vary depending on an applicant's location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may also include incentive compensation (i.e. bonus or commission) if applicable.
