As a Manager, Billing Operations, you will be a critical member to ensure we bill to and collect from advertisers timely to a support healthy cash flow. The MAP Team is looking for a task-oriented individual with an acute attention to details who excels at prioritization and collaboration. You'll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for demonstrated performance in a constantly changing environment.
We are looking for an individual with experience in the following areas:
- Retail Media experience
- At least 2 years of digital billing experience
What you'll do:
- Responsible for handling assigned billing process for MAP invoices; including partnering with internal teams to ensure timely & accurate invoice generation via file imports into the enterprise billing system
- Execute monthly billing cycle activities including pre-bill verification tracking, invoice processing, deduction/account set-up, submission, revision, and dispute resolution
- Identify and report billing discrepancies by collaborating with customers, third party partners and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
- Aid with necessary invoice revisions and sub-ledger adjustments
- Identify & communicate potential concerns, risks and trends while applying critical thinking skills to identify potential operational or procedural solutions.
- Support third party audit requests and investigations by verifying billing and claim details; gathering data tracking audit requests and ensuring accuracy of data, discrepancies, and recoupments.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate billing experience; including interaction with large companies
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
- Great customer service skills, patience and empathy
- Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Salesforce experience a plus
- SAP experience a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
