Reports to the Director Workforce Planning & Benefits and is responsible for the management of employee benefits programs for the hospital and medical group. Contributes to the development of employee benefit programs; responsible for implementing and communicating employee benefits; analyzes and reviews benefits offerings to determine effectiveness and cost saving recommendations. Reviews benefits to maintain competitiveness with other employers in the region and market. Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements; ensures filing of appropriate legal/regulatory statements and reports. Provides leadership for the development and improvement of systems and processes. Manages capital assets to meet the most critical needs; and leverages best practices to achieve operational excellence. Has daily contact with Hospital management and staff and regular contact with vendors, outside agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Minimum three (3) years related experience
- Minimum two (2) years management experience
- College degree - 4 year in related field required

PAY RANGE: $46.00 - $73.65
