Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Business Management group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a Management and Operations Requirements Group Lead
Our team works a 9X80 schedule located at our Research and Education Campus in Idaho Falls with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities Include:
Oversees requirements management for the Lab.
Manages the identification and implementation of process and integration inefficiencies and improvement opportunities for the Requirements Management Tool.
Analyzes and monitors accepted and implemented requirements using system tools/reports.
Trains, guides, and mentors staff to develop program and function requirement cross walks by working with organizational leaders to parse all types of invoked requirements in the Requirements.
Plans, designs, and participates in audits, assessments, and surveillances of lab-wide content (IQWS, EDMS or other) to ensure appropriate requirements are tracked, mapped and implemented.
Responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of data analytics that minimize requirement risk for the INL prime contract.
Develops a successful program strategy for the INL requirements management program and participates in other M&O organization's requirement strategic planning.
Assist the Department Manager by managing and supporting human resources processes for group personnel, including EPDs, hiring, diversity, training records, annual reviews, merit distribution, promotions, other rewards and recognition, professional development plans, allocation of resources, resolution of problems, and corrective actions.
Develops and sustains customer relationships, trust, and confidence that result in recognition of INL as a compliant contractor in requirements management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in business or technical related field and 5 -8+ years' experience or Advanced degree and 3 -6+ years of experience in potential areas of project management, requirements management, legal review or closely related experience.
