JSL is searching for a highly motivated Management Analyst to provide program support to the Small Combatants Program. As the Management Analyst, you will be responsible for administrative, financial, and programmatic support across the LCS, Guided Missile Frigate (FFG), and International Small Combatant (ICS) programs. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Consolidate inputs to prepare programmatic briefs, coordinate periodic program status reviews, and mid and end-of-year technical program reviews with line management and functional leads.
Coordinate, support, and schedule various meetings
Consolidate action items for tracking purposes.
With direction from the customer, create new and document current financial processes, procedures, desk guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain files by keeping them current and accurately updating them on a needed basis. Provide training on new or existing policies and procedures.
Create and maintain reports for all new funding received, track expenditures, and confirm work completion.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
Demonstrated a basic understanding of the project and financial management.
Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.
Preferred Skills:
1-5 years of experience with the program and financial support for the Navy.
Demonstrated familiarity and/or exposure to the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) system.
Previous experience in providing project, program, or financial support in a government or business environment.
