Job Description Summary:
The Managed Services Manager provides leadership to the HRIS Team and responsible for the administration, coordination, and maintenance of the human resources information systems and related projects. Supports, enhances, and implements software applications used within Human Resources. Identifies opportunities to leverage technologies in areas that improve and enhance the business practices by designing and implementing application/product enhancements. Works with/liaison to management and end-users, appropriate IT personnel and software vendors to align technology functionality to operational processes. Oversees HR data management processes; ensures quality, timeliness, security and proper use of HR information entered and retrieved from systems.
Required Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;
5+ years of experience working with HR systems supporting processes to include core HR administration, compensation, performance management and learning . Demonstrated ability to understand HR functions, processes, and strategies linked to business goals.
5 years of progressive experience leading people, processes and resources achieving identified goals and objectives.
Preferred:
Master's Degree is preferred
Healthcare experience preferred.
