SalaryProperty Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker to join a maintenance team providing maintenance, upkeep and repair of a large number of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge across all of the trades, including light carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic mechanical and electrical repair. You need to be organized and able to effectively communicate with tenants and other company management and staff. You must be able to occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights and be able to climb ladders or use a lift. We are seeking a Maintenance Worker who likes to take initiative, has a strong work ethic and enjoys working on a variety of different types of tasks. You also must have basic transportation and a valid driver's license. Position requires revolving on-call overtime and mandatory overtime in winter months for snow removal.
