SalaryWorks effectively and efficiently to assist in maintaining, organizing and coordinating all aspects of the buildings and grounds maintenance and security. Ensures Pines Village Retirement Communities, Inc. (PVRC) and all its’ properties are clean, safe and attractive environments to all those who reside, visit, and work here. Required to understand and respect confidentiality of personal and professional business of residents and other staff members. Need to possess a positive, willing and helpful attitude.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Previous maintenance, security and/or janitorial experience, preferably for retirement community, long-term care facility or apartment complex.
- Working knowledge of floor and/or carpet maintenance and equipment; high school graduate preferred.
- Must be able to learn correct procedures/schedules, follow those procedures/schedules and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid State of Indiana driver’s license; have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
