SalaryMaintenance. Pay -$18 per hour depending on experience
Must have current valid driver's license and good driving record.
Duties include light construction/carpentry work with some painting.
Recent construction experience in supervisory position.
Be able to lift and transport construction materials as well as help in the moving of appliances.
Be able to walk distances to read water meters on a monthly basis.
Operate snow removal equipment in the winter.
Must take rotation in being on "emergency call" once every 5-6 weeks.
