SalaryOur Company is looking for a proficient and ambitious Maintenance Person to become a part of our thriving crew. The role of Maintenance Person is a critical one within our organization, as this individual plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of our facilities. We are seeking an individual with exceptional skills in this area, as well as a deep sense of motivation and drive to continuously improve and enhance our maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including performing routine maintenance tasks such as conducting regular inspections, cleaning and repairing equipment, and managing inventory and supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to emergency repair requests, which may involve working quickly and efficiently to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
The successful candidate will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as you will be responsible for overseeing contractors and vendors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with our policies and procedures. This will involve working collaboratively with other members of our team, as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment and possess a deep understanding of best practices for maintenance and repair work. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to quickly adapt to new and changing situations as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Handle emergency repairs and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
