Advanced Subacute Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Maintenance Worker! Come join our dynamic team!!
- Perform routine, daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building exterior and interior.
- Painting, refinishing, cleaning as necessary.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, bulbs, ballast, sockets, fuses and minor appliance cords, etc.).
- Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement of or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers, etc.
- Check maintenance request logs books and make repairs as necessary.
- Perform other duties requested by staff and supervisors within facility, including furniture moves, equipment repairs, problem solving issues as needed.
- Work closely with Maintenance Director to improve overall function of systems within facility.
- Experience in Healthcare a plus
- High School Degree or equivalent
