Job Title:Maintenance - Trend Analysis Engineer
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Maintenance - Trend Analysis Engineer in the St. Louis, MO metro region. The project revolves around management of two sites in the St. Louis, MO metro region. The primary purpose of these facilities is to provide approximately 1.39M square feet of office space, data, and support services to the end user. This positions primary purpose if the collection, analysis and reporting of historical trends of asset performance and facility conditions.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight responsibility for the implementation of a reliability centered maintenance philosophy
- Responsible for review / development of PM, PdM, CBM standard procedures and application of those procedures.
- Ability to aggregate maintenance procedures into an Annual Maintenance Requirements Work Plan (AWP).
- Responsible for continuously evaluating new advancement in maintenance management technologies (namely PdM and CBM) and techniques to ensure project is armed with the most efficient and cost-effective tools to ensure equipment reliability.
- Responsible for assisting site in identifying and addressing equipment defect(s), determining defect severity, and providing solutions to site staff specifying the work required to eliminate the defect. To this end, must be proficient with using root cause failure analysis (RCFA) concepts and tools to analyze failures.
- Responsible for developing, qualifying, and approving all procedures, specifications, advance analysis techniques and standards interpretation, including the designation of Condition Based Monitoring methods applied to Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).
- Responsible for utilizing computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other analytic tools for trending and analyzing data, performing risk analysis, creating reports to management advocating for preventive maintenance activity, and adjustments to planning & scheduling preventive maintenance.
- Upon provision of test and commissioning documents from installation efforts to site management, assist the site in establishing baselines for equipment inspections. Serve as a resource to interpret trends and provide guidance as required.
- Work closely with management in regard to CMMS system improvements, enhancements and upgrades.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred), Business Management or related field.
- 5 years' experience working in technical field (MEP Systems).
- Understanding, experience, and knowledge in working with CMMS systems.
- Understanding of concepts and practical experience with Planning / Scheduling / Estimating, Preventive Maintenance program development, and Reliability Centered Maintenance Philosophy
- 2 or more years' experience managing teams in the following areas: facilities equipment operation and maintenance services revolving around MEP trades, and data center operations.
- Experience working on Federal Government Contracts is a plus.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
