The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association. Duties may vary from janitorial cleaning and small routine repairs and preventative maintenance and miscellaneous items as assigned by the association. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors. The Maintenance Technician maintains policies, standards, and practices and ensures adherence to Sentry’s Goals, Value, and Service Standard of our Foundation Principles.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect grounds for trash and debris and clean as needed, especially around pool area, main roadway, facilities, and common areas
- Clean and maintain sidewalks and high traffic areas, including power washing
- General trash collection on ground, by pool, restroom facilities, and clubhouse
- Clean restrooms/laundry rooms and clubhouse
- Clean and dust the buildings
- General custodian work by keeping grounds and buildings in a safe manner.
- All other duties as assigned by manager or Association Board of Directors
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, bend, climb and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions
