Flooring Selections Coordinator

Job Summary:

The role of Flooring Selections Coordinator is to provide exceptional customer service and all around customer experience. Main responsibilities include consulting with customers to identify their flooring needs and provide solutions for their specific project. The Ideal candidate will have a background in sales and be extremely organized. As the a Flooring Selections specialist you will be required to learn the basics of all types of flooring and their applications.

Duties:
- Consult with Customers to Identify a solution for their flooring needs
- Gather customer information and keep track of Flooring Selections for their project.
- Educate customers on the different types of flooring and what options will fit their needs best.
- Develop an understanding of company organization, job management, and accounting policies.
- Relay and confirm order details to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work in a team oriented office/sales environment
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, budgets, and materials used

-Help update pricelists/spreadsheets and label displays as needed

Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years sales experience
- Baseline understanding of CRM systems
- Basic Understanding of Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Email
- Excellent Communication Skills

-Proficient Math Skills - i.e., Percentages, fracations, decimals, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.98 - $24.06 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
