Salary: $30 - $37 per hour
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Tech to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position in the fast-paced and ever-evolving Technology industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of our industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
2. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery to prevent unplanned downtime.
3. Troubleshoot and repair issues with machinery and equipment, utilizing knowledge of machine shop operations, Allen Bradley, and Rockwell systems.
4. Implement corrective actions to address root causes of equipment failure, improving reliability and performance.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
6. Participate in the planning and execution of project maintenance (PM) strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in GMP, preventative maintenance, and corrective action procedures.
3. Hands-on experience with machine shop operations, Allen Bradley, and Rockwell systems is a plus.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of industrial machinery and equipment.
