We are seeking a Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift for a fast-growing manufacturing facility! This highly innovative company is expected to grow production significantly in the next 3 years, and your maintenance experience will help ensure production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  
• Inspect equipment and operating systems, take corrective action
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance on all machines
• Inspect production processes and come up with ways to improve efficiency
• Locate sources of problems via operational observation and the use of precision measuring and testing instruments
• Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools, and examining the form and texture of parts
• Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of completed work
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of maintenance and machine experience required
• Thorough understanding of maintenance systems
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift to 75lbs and push up to 175lbs occasionally
• Low and high-voltage electrical experience desired
• Sanitary welding knowledge is a plus
