As a Maintenance Technician, you will occupy a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine inspections of machinery, swiftly identifying potential issues, and executing necessary repairs with precision.
- Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns, swiftly resolving technical issues to mitigate production delays and uphold operational efficiency.
- Executing preventative maintenance tasks according to a meticulously designed schedule, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment longevity.
- Collaborating seamlessly with production and cross-functional departments to address maintenance needs, strategically prioritizing repairs to uphold operational continuity.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities, comprehensively detailing repairs, parts used, and other pertinent information.
- Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within the work area, while steadfastly adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is highly valued.
- Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with keen problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail.
- Adeptness in working autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
