Light Maintenance Technician
Salary: Based on Experience
Maintenance technician’s responsibilities consist of the following:
a). Respond to all maintenance calls from management office via work order
system sent to your smart phone.
b). Work with low voltage electric when necessary
c). Replace plumbing parts or fixtures when needed
d). Trouble shoot HVAC calls from the suite and roof
e). Change fluorescent and LED lights in offices
f). Work on door closures, locks and cipher locks
g). Hang bulletin boards, pictures and misc. items
h). Painting and drywall repair
i). Pick up trash around assigned properties
j). Maintain outside fountains located in office park
Qualifications:
- Able to work well with others and communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Organized in keeping receipts and necessary paperwork completed and turned in on time.
- Have a driver’s license and be able to use personal vehicle for the job.
- Carry automobile insurance on personal vehicle and provide proof.
- Be able to carry a ladder and lift items over 20 lbs.
- Be able to climb a ladder and work on items above ceiling grid.
- Be available to work after-hours on an as needed basis; On-call.
- Provide your own basic tools. All specialty tools are provided.
