Job Description
As a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Machinery Maintenance Specialist), you'll ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and mechanical equipment. This includes installation of new equipment, performance of regular services, periodic/preventive maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions. You'll also work closely with machine operators and production supervisors, assisting in the startup, operation, and troubleshooting/repair of equipment.

- 7+ years of experience in a production setting.
- Current Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician’s License (LME).
- Experience with machine maintenance (pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical), welding, and basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC work.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, blueprint reading, and electrical schematics.
