Painter/Maintenance Technician

Owner of Multi-Family complexes throughout the South East is looking for an interior painter to help support 160+ units in the Greensboro area.

We are looking for a Painter to paint the interior of apartment buildings.

They have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work.

Responsibilities

• Make on-site preparations such as, covering fixtures etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Skills

• Proven experience as a painter
• Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)

Added benefit if candidate has Maintenance Tech skills as well.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities.

Duties:
- Experience in general maintenance person tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical work
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Plus if Knowledge of carpentry techniques, including frame carpentry and stucco repair

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
