Requirements

As our chosen Maintenance Technician, everyday you will complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing and electrical duties at the property. Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas. Complete work orders within 24 hours and follow a preventative maintenance schedule. Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the manufactured home communities. Santiago (137 Spaces) and Granada (133 Spaces) are two beautiful manufactured home communities in Springfield, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role:

Have at least one year of property maintenance experience

Ability to use hand tools as necessary

Have the ability to Lift and carry up to 60lbs. unassisted

Work efficiently under minimum supervision

Promote positive, proactive resident relations

Prior experience maintaining a pool and spa preferred
