Maintenance Technician
Sundance Property Management is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for our new property in Athens, AL.

Pay:
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders
- Assist with sewer, water and electric
- Assist Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special project
- Paint, clean, and repair all vacant units within a timely and impeccable manner
- Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
- Ensure that maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment are always stocked and available
- Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
- Minimum of 1 years' of general maintenance experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HVAC Certification required
