- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Preventative Maintenance Management: Manage and complete preventative maintenance inspections, ensuring equipment longevity.
- Emergency Response: Swiftly respond to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production delays.
- Collaborative Improvement: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify process improvements.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Advanced Tool Use: Effectively use hand and power tools, precision instruments, and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Electrical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and PLCs.
- Fluid Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Team Leadership: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing guidance to junior technicians.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, effective interaction at all levels.
- Shift Flexibility: Able to work 2nd (2:45 pm – 11:05 pm) with required overtime.
