Hiring Range:
$21.60 USD - $27.00 USD per hour
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. This position also encompasses a diverse range of general labor tasks related to building and grounds maintenance.
Essential Job Functions
Under direct supervision:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities electro/mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, such as changing fluids, replacing filters, adjusting tension, clean intakes and cold returns.
- May operate snow removal and/or grounds keeping equipment
Skills for Success
- High school diploma or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
- One year of experience preferred
