SalaryPay: $20.00 - 25.00/hr DOE
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, with overtime
Responsibilities:
- Perform light, routine maintenance on all vacating apartment units
- Replacing light bulbs, cleaning/replacing A/C filters
- Replace smoke alarms/batteries ...
- Replacing blind slats
- Tub caulking
- Replacing broken outlet covers, etc.
- May also include trashing out units (removing left behind trash, furniture, belongings)
- Will also include monitoring vendor progress and some light touch up cleaning for missed items
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Will need to have the ability to walk and stay on foot for long hours
- Ability to use small hand tools
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CA Driver's License
- Willing to put in overtime when needed
- Willing to put in mandatory over-time during our annual Turnover period in August/September
