Maintenance System Implementation Specialist

Generate Upcycle is hiring a Maintenance System Implementation Specialist!

The Maintenance System Implementation Specialist will be the go-to person within the Company for supporting the implementation of the new maintenance management system. They will partner with the maintenance team and Head of Technology to gather, document, and enter information into the system. Assisting with post-implementation support will also be critical to the success of the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementation of computerized maintenance management system
• Assist maintenance team at company locations in gathering and documenting inventory of equipment, including maintenance manuals and recommended maintenance schedules
• Help create and enter worksheet information in the management system in preparation for System Implementation
• Assist with training end-users on application
• Assist end-users with application use after implementation
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Certifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience using a computerized maintenance application preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who owns their work product and escalates issues when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments and manage quality, accuracy and consistency of work

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
