Human Resources Associate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be tech savvyand fluent in microsoft and google apps.

Proficient with or the ability to learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications

Able to communicate well with employees and educate them on company polices

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Able to create or modify forms and documents

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
