Tiktok Creator Manager

- We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a TikTok Creator Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with TikTok content creators, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies to grow our brand presence on TikTok through collaborations, partnerships, and content amplification.

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and recruit talented TikTok content creators and influencers whose values and audience align with our brand's objectives and target demographics.

2. Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential TikTok creators, serving as the primary point of contact for communication, collaboration opportunities, and ongoing support.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and creative, to develop TikTok content strategies and campaigns that leverage the creativity and influence of content creators.

4. Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, including compensation, deliverables, and timelines, with TikTok creators and influencers to ensure alignment with brand objectives and budgetary constraints.

5. Provide guidance, feedback, and creative direction to TikTok creators to ensure that content aligns with brand values, messaging, and quality standards.

6. Monitor and track the performance of TikTok content created by influencers, analyzing metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.

7. Develop and implement initiatives to amplify TikTok content through cross-promotion, collaborations, and strategic partnerships with other brands and influencers.

8. Stay informed about TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, incorporating insights into content strategies and creator management approaches.

- Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media management, with a focus on TikTok or other social media platforms.

2. Strong network of relationships with TikTok content creators and influencers across various niches and audience demographics.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate brand values, objectives, and partnership opportunities effectively.

4. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth on TikTok.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary: $17.50 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
