Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic equipment
- Project management skills to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management
