Duties-
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including: inspecting, cleaning, and possibly repairing small appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, doors, locks, windows, and other duties as needed.
- Coordinate response and supervise Tech's for all maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Supervise Tech's and collaborate with management to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and adhere to the Fair Housing Act.
- Ability to work on a Mac in Rent Manager, Google, and other software as needed as well as produce reports, budgets, and daily updates for management.
Requirements -
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Proficiency in using computers - Mac's, Google, and Rent Manager a plus.
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with other departments.
- Experience in property management maintenance.
