Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Property Manager and oversees all the maintenance needs, physical appearance, and work orders on the property while working within the allotted budget. The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are hands on maintenance of the property including general upkeep and repair to units and the grounds, ensuring the work order tracking system is used and followed up with properly, turn and make ready, supervising the maintenance team, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. On call and some weekend availability required.

Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service
- Participate in the daily operations of the property
- Supervise the Maintenance Team
- Work Order response, management, maintenance, and follow up
- Vendor negotiation, scheduling and contracting
- The Turn and Make Ready process
- Conduct regular property health and safety inspections
- Inspect units for Move In readiness
- Ensuring company policy and state and federal safety and fair housing laws are met
- Train and hold accountable Maintenance Team for daily upkeep and expectations
- Hands on maintenance
- Reporting and computer work as required through company policy
COMPENSATION
We offer an excellent compensation packet including a very competitive salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, HSA, etc.
Hourly Wage: $30.00, plus bonuses (paid quarterly). 20% rental housing discount (pending completion of 90 day introductory period)
