Maintenance Supervisor

Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and other staff.
2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
4. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or other technical issues and provide guidance or assistance to maintenance staff as needed.
5. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
6. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to operations.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities.
9. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
10. Evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and provide feedback or disciplinary action as needed.
11. Monitor maintenance budget and expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in maintenance management.
