SalaryGranda Post Acute is a 99 bed skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. THE APPLICANT MUST POSSESS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN NURSING HOME MAINTENANCE and title 22 regulations for Life & Safety.

Job Descriptions
- Ensures a safe, comfortable, sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures.
- Requires full range of body motion.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Maintains equipment necessary to meet Center needs.
- Understands department budget.
- Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, Sate and Corporate requirements.
- May train personnel to meet Center needs.
- Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Four years experience in a long term care facility required
- Ability to read and write English for business necessity
- Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs
- One year experience in basic trades preferred
- Working knowledge of plant support systems (cooling/heating, emergency systems) preferred
