Organize and direct maintenance and repair services for all district facilities. Maintain physical school plant in a condition of operational excellence so that indoor air quality allows full educational use at all times. Provide students with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean and functional.

Education/Certification:
Associates Degree or Higher
Valid Texas driver's license
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of basic principles of construction, school plant maintenance and MEP
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Ability to utilize a computer
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Ability to coordinate district functions
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to interpret data
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficient with Google Workspace application, including Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Experience:
Minimum three years of supervisory experience in maintenance operations
Minimum five years of experience in maintaining a large plant or building
