Supervisor Facilities Maintenance
Brief Department Description
RTX Real Estate & Facilities, has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at our Raytheon North Building location located in Dallas, Texas and overseeing staff and work at two North Texas sites. The sites consist of traditional office space (classified and unclassified areas), manufacturing, warehouse, and hangar space.
Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and/or outside contractors, who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, heating, painting and/or general maintenance, including custodial & grounds.
• Manage and direct all day-to-day activities in support of building operations and customer needs.
• Provide on and off-site direction to mechanical system technicians during regular and off-hours as needed.
• Provide guidance and support on existing building controls to technicians.
• Always present a professional demeanor and appearance
• Manage all work assignments in a safe and professional manner.
• Management of facilities vendors and contractors.
• Management of purchase orders, invoices and badging access for current vendors and contractors.
• Maintain time and attendance system.
• Maintain department Budgets and asset protection record.
• Manage State of Texas required inspections and certifications for site.
• Collaboration with various other groups such as EH&S, Project Managers and Operations.

Required Qualifications-

• Two or more years of facility operations experience to include experience providing facilities leadership and management to in-house hourly personnel and using Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model with partnership with 3rd party suppliers.

• Experience in building infrastructure and technology.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be capable of communicating with customers both orally and in writing.
• Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Projects, Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Panels, and AutoCAD (building drawing creation and revisions).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software

• Experience reading blueprints and schematics
• Experience with Building Automation System (BAS) - Delta Controls

Experience and Education

• This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in Facilities management, business administration, civil engineering or related field and 2 or more years of experience. In the absence of a degree a combination of education, applicable relevant experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree may be considered....

Work Authorization Status:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools/sites that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Security Clearance (if applicable):

• This position requires the eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
