This is a temp-to-perm position, so with the right candidate this could become a permanent job within 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Replacing lightbulbs
painting properties
installation and removal
Light plumbing work
Light electrical work
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual (english/spanish) is preferred
previous Hotel maintenance experience is a plus

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
General maintenance ability
open and flexible to work during the week (M-F, 730am-430pm)
