- Skill in using a variety of hand and power tools, gas-fired equipment, and vehicles.
- Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of HVAC and plumbing systems, to include potable water supplies and distribution systems, drain, waste, and venting systems, fuel and gas piping systems, venting equipment, commercial grade refrigerators, A/C systems, freezers, coolers, electric and oil-fired furnaces and unit heaters, and other HVAC system components.
- Plumbing and Pipefitting: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the appropriate tools to install, maintain, or repair pipelines, pipe systems, and fixtures, including water, air, gas, chemicals, or sewage.
- Computer Skills: Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work.
- Teamwork: Encourages and facilitates cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity; fosters commitment and team spirit; works with others to achieve goals.
