Lawn Care Specialist

```Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our small but efficient owner operated team. 4/10 Schedule June - September, no weekends.

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. You will be working outside for 95% of the day, in all Alaska weather conditions, walking an average of 10 miles per day.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming on residential and commerical properties
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Apply fertilizers and other treatments as needed
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and garden beds
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
- Assist with the construction of new landscape projects
- Respond to client requests and provide exceptional customer service

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or Lawn Care maintenance
- Proficiency in using various landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to operate machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers for long periods of time, up to 50 hours per week during spring and fall cleanups
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and safety protocols
