- Follows blueprints, manuals, and other written or verbal instructions.
- Uses tools, equipment, machinery, or instruments appropriate to the task to install, inspect, assemble, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, calibrate, construct, and maintain equipment, parts and facilities

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job
- Preferred: Experience and/or training related to pharmaceutical or similar equipment, facilities, and documentation
- Appropriate college degree
Knowledge
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
- In order to be eligible for this position, journeyman status or equivalent in the trade or specialty designated by management as currently necessary is required. Experience or education must establish knowledge and ability to perform the technical, reading, documentation, and mathematical requirements of the job.

Physical Requirements

Electrician Trade Requirements:
- Requires a Journeyman Electrician card or Master Electrician License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Focus is on automation and controls with strong PLC trouble shooting skills
- Must have PLC and Controls experience - ideally, capable of troubleshooting control systems and getting into the PLC to troubleshoot it. Must be able to edit PLCs.
- Allen Bradley / ControlLogix / Siemens
- Must be able to find out why something is happening in the PLC / Control Panel
- Responsible for all documentation of daily preventative maintenance activities
- Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to work overtime and be willing and able to work throughout shutdowns
Shift, Compensation, and Benefits:
- $47.20/hour PLUS afternoon shift premium 7% (when working on shift)
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM (EST) Monday-Friday (subject to change)
- Non-exempt: Overtime paid over 40 hours, double time on Sundays
- Company performance-based production bonus: $2,500.
