Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Plan, prioritize, and delegate maintenance tasks
- Ensure the timely completion of maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Train and mentor new maintenance team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in maintenance or facilities management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
