Position Overview:

In the role of Maintenance Manager at Epic Sands Travel LLC, you will assume a pivotal position in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of maintenance, from preventative measures to repairs and enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute maintenance policies and protocols to optimize facility operations.

Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs.

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and address them promptly.

Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, offering guidance, training, and oversight as necessary.

Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment efficiently.

Collaborate with various departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fostering a secure working environment for staff and guests.

Monitor and report on maintenance operations, including budgetary considerations and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
