Selected individual will serve as a mentor/coach in this role to the maintenance department. This company understands the importance of valuing employees as an asset and promotes an employer of choice environment. Annual salary starts from $70,000.00 - $85,000 depending on experience. This position also receives a generous quarterly profit-sharing bonus. Full benefit package offered with paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(K).
The Maintenance Manager plans, estimates, schedules, oversees, and performs preventative and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, machinery, and systems to increase uptime and minimize unscheduled downtime. This position supervises the maintenance staff.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment, including experience in equipment and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to consistently work the daytime production shift as well as any necessary after-shift repair work. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be mechanically inclined with a comprehensive working knowledge of industrial woodworking machines including CNC Routers, Molders, Edge Banders, Beam Saws and Wide Belt Sanders.
- Must be able to trouble shoot machinery issues, perform minor repairs and maintenance when needed, research and recommend parts needed for repairs, relay pertinent information to machinery techs if needed to find a solution.
